Prices for Exhibitors 2027
We offer you different stand shapes for your successful trade fair appearance at PARTNER PFERD. Simply select your stand type and desired floor space for your stand.
Exhibitor tip: You can easily and conveniently book additional equipment and comprehensive solutions to suit your needs. FAIRNET, specialists in all aspects of trade fair presentation, offers you the opportunity to customise your trade fair stand according to your wishes. Special Prices and Special Offers 2027
Large stands
Special price for large products (from 50 m² stand space)
For exhibitors with large products such as stables, carriages, horseboxes or similar items, we can offer you a special price when renting a stand space of 50 m² or more. You will only need to pay 2/3 of the stand rental price. Please contact our project team for more information.
Rental Stalls

* When booking a stand space and additional rental boxes, the flat rate is only charged once.
Important stand information:
Stand Set-up
- 11 to 13 January 2027 daily from 07:00 am to 10:00 pm
On Wednesday, 13 January, the construction of the exhibition stand must be essentially completed by 03:00 p.m. at the latest. No vehicles will be admitted to the hall after 03:00 p.m. There is no obligation to be present for stand acceptance.
Please note the deposit regulations.
Execution of the event
The stand has to be manned during following times:
- 14 January 2027, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
The exhibitor is free to decide whether to maintain the exhibition stand for a longer
period of time. The following applies to Hall 3: Hall 3 will be closed at 7 p.m. - 15 and 16 January 2027, 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Stand Dismantling
- on 17 January 2027 from 06:00 p.m. to 00:00 a.m.
- on 18 January 2027 from 07:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
- on 19 January 2027 from 07:00 a.m. to 06:00 p.m.
On the last day of the trade fair, Sunday 17 January 2027, the exhibition grounds will be cleared for access by vehicles (including cars without parking permits) from 07:00 p.m. at the earliest.
Access
Exhibitor access to Halls 1 and 3 is via Zufahrt Süd, Messe-Allee.
During the set-up and dismantling periods, you or your stand constructors must present a copy of your stand allocation to prove your identity. There are no set-up and dismantling passes!
